镇江百克灵船舶科技有限公司是在原交通部上海船舶运输科学研究所联营单位江苏省丹徒县日用化工二厂基础上发展起来的民营企业。公司主要从事“百克灵”品牌水处理剂、清洁剂、溢油分散剂系列的生产、销售，公司位于江苏省镇江市东郊谷阳镇，紧邻丹阳市，距镇江大港港区15公里。公司占地面积逾20亩。公司技术力量雄厚，1988被列入中国远洋运输总公司船用化学品指定生产单位、1992年被列入中国石油天然气总公司化学品指定供应商，1993年我司“百克灵801循环冷却水处理剂”被评为一九九三年度国家级新产品。2008年公司成为江苏大学产学研基地，2009年“百克灵”成为镇江市知名商标。公司主要客户有如：中远海运、长航等国有大型航运企业以及浙江远洋、浙江海运、宁波鸿源、阿达尼、爱特尔、东渡、南京远洋等地方航运公司。

It is a private-owned enterprise developing from the Jiangsu Dantu No.2 Daily Use Chemicals Factory which was jointly owned by Shanghai Ship and Shipping Research Institute. It specializes in the production and sales of products with the brand of BKL, including water treatment reagents, cleanser and oil spill dispersant. The company covers an area of over 20 mu. With strong technical force, it became a designated manufacturer of marine chemicals for China Ocean Shipping Company in 1988 and a designated supplier of chemicals for China National Petroleum Corporation in 1992. The product “BKL 801 circulating cooling water treatment reagent” was judged as the State-level New Product in 1993. In 2008, the company became the integration base of production, teaching and research of Jiangsu University. In 2009, the brand BKL became a Famous Trademark in Zhenjiang City.
